A 15.2% turn out with just under a 65% of the vote is not much of an endorsement for his leadership! If anything it shows how big a job is needed to re-build the rank and file confidence inside the union, 1.5M members, as well as reach out to broader non unionised workers numbering in their millions...and Len McCluskey manages a win with just over 144,000 votes...
